The bright and spacious Loft above Little Dippers located in central Brighton offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels of abilities. Yoga mats and blankets are included. The Loft provides an incredibly calm and relaxed environment and is a great place to explore a variety of yoga styles including: vinyasa flow yoga, dynamic hatha yoga, rocket yoga, yoga nidra, ashtanga, Jivamukti, Sangye, pregnancy yoga…
