We have a wide range of classes and courses in our beautiful Brighton studio space including: various styles and levels of yoga, pilates, zumba, baby massage, dance, meditation and mindfulness.

Centrally located in Brighton’s North Laine area, The Loft is a studio space you can easily nip to from most areas of Brighton.

A variety of dance classes, from ballet to zumba, baby & toddler, children and adults Flamenco, belly dance and other dance styles, such as 5 Rhythms.

Baby Massage and Reflexology

Learn to massage your baby in a wonderfully chilled & comfy space with lovely music, aromas, pillows, & lights.
